1 Hour of Class
Each class focuses on a fundamental Parkour movement/exercise to build strength and control while connecting to your body. Every technique is taught as a progression so that you can “Choose Your Challenge” and scale every movement to your personal level. Hone your Parkour Vision by experiencing the potential for movement in local parks, playgrounds, and plazas.
Ages 12 and up!*
*Students under the age of 12 can attend with a parent present.
+30 Minutes of Exploration
Stay after class to explore the park and experience the best part of parkour: communal training. Coaches stay to train with you, give some 1 on 1 feedback, and suggest additional exercises for your interests. Have a goal for the summer? Let our coaches know.

Classes are canceled a day in advance if no one has reserved a spot.

Our Community Conditioning sessions also rotate locations so we can share new spots and neighborhoods. By training in new spaces every week we learn how to hone our parkour vision so we find opportunities for movement and collaboration in any space.
